About The founders

Keith and Pam Francen have lived in Mayer, AZ since 2016.  In 2020 they decided to open their property to horses in need.  They received 501(c)(3) status and created Francen Ranch Rescue.   

Francen Ranch Rescue is located on 21 acres within the Bradshaw Mountains in Central Arizona outside the quaint town of Mayer.  Originally intended to be a rescue rehab establishment it has quickly evolved into a sanctuary for senior horses and those with medical conditions which precludes them from being ridden.
